rugose coral Taxidermy full body mount - Pachyseris...

The unique characteristic of Pachyseris rugosa is its jagged, very open shape, almost like a flower that opens to the sun's rays. It has a surface lined with horizontal grooves and a chalky color that makes it pale and ethereal. Please note that the corals in the auction are still accompanied by proper CITES documentation. It is expected that the Solomon Islands will publish new regulations regarding coral export. Any potential restriction would not only make it difficult to source these beautiful specimens on the market but also cause a significant increase in their prices. Impressive size for this striking coral. Happy bidding.
