Royal Worcester Hand Painted Porcelain Pedestal Urn

Late 19th-century Royal Worcester porcelain pedestal urn featuring two foliate scroll handles and a matching domed cover. The ovoid body is decorated with hand-painted aquatic foliage in shades of blue and rose, accented with raised gilded outlines against a shaded matte cream and ochre ground. The neck and foot feature a stippled gold and brown granite effect. The underside of the base bears a printed black circular mark for the Philadelphia retailer Bailey Banks and Biddle, alongside an impressed Royal Worcester factory mark featuring a crown and circle of dots. A hand-painted purple alphanumeric mark 3 / 1008 and a stylized M are also present on the interior of the foot. Dimensions: 13.25"W x 19"H Weight: 16.7 lbs Condition Request Condition Report Good.
