“Poseidon” is a large decorative ceramic panel composed of 12 tiles (4 × 3), forming a composition of approximately 45 × 60 cm. Inspired by grand Mediterranean décors, Art Nouveau, and Portuguese azulejos, this creation features “Poseidon,” the sea god, surrounded by arabesques and floral motifs. The organic lines, decorative volutes, and deep shades of blue pay homage to the major currents of decorative arts at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, while offering a contemporary interpretation. Each tile is produced individually in our workshop in France using a high-definition sublimation process on premium matte-finish ceramic. The pigments are transferred under high temperature and high pressure to achieve exceptional detail, deep colors, and excellent longevity. Each panel requires about 4 hours of work, from artistic conception to production. This time includes the creation of the décor, color adjustments, file preparation, individual pressing of the 12 tiles, quality control, and final assembly. Avoid abrasive products, solvents, or harsh detergents that could alter the finish. This creation is water-resistant and is ideally suited for humid areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, or covered and sheltered patios. For optimal long-term color conservation, it is advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to direct UV rays or to weather. This piece is intended for indoor use or in sheltered outdoor spaces (covered patio, conservatory, protected terrace, etc.). Authenticity & fabrication Each panel is handcrafted in our workshop and can be produced again as part of the Riviera Tiles permanent collection. Due to its artisanal manufacturing process and the transfer of pigments under high temperature, there may be slight variations in shade, saturation, texture, or finish from one piece to another. These characteristics are inherent to the production method and do not constitute manufacturing defects. They testify to the artisanal nature of each piece and make each panel unique.
