Features a natural, untreated Sri Lankan sapphire of 5.20 ct with Gemological Certification Cisgem attesting its origin and naturality. Natural sapphires are increasingly rare and precious in nature. 26 rose-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.75 ct, quality estimated.
