18 karat yellow gold ring in the shape of a French love coin with the inscription: Plus qu’hier, moins que demain. The text on the coin comes from a famous 19th-century love poem titled "Les Vieux," by French poet and playwright Rosemonde Gérard, which she wrote for her husband Edmond Rostand. She wrote in 1907: Car, vois-tu, chaque jour je t’aime davantage, aujourd’hui plus qu’hier et bien moins que demain. (For, you see, each day I love you more, today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow.) The ring is set with 2 baguette-cut rubies and a single-cut diamond of approx. 0.005 ct.
