A singular late-Victorian tassel ring, belonging to the rather uncommon category of tassel rings. This type of jewelry enjoyed great popularity during the 19th century and is today especially valued by collectors due to the complexity of its craftsmanship, the mobility of its elements, and the distinctive charm of its designs. Tassels were closely linked to Victorian sentimental jewelry, where they symbolized memory and emotional bonds. The ring is made in gold and features an elaborate body formed by multiple braided bands that intertwine to create an attractive sense of texture and volume. At the top, a decorative circular element stands out, set with diamonds: a central stone of 0.05 ct, accompanied by two 0.03 ct diamonds and two of 0.02 ct. The piece has a notable presence, with approximately 1.7 cm in width and an elegant tassel of 2 cm in length.
