He began his artistic career in 2004, and created his first work, a crocodile in bright red resin, which quickly became an iconic piece of the artist's bestiary. The artist draws inspiration from pop culture, everyday objects, the popular. Soon, Richard Orlinski develops new sculptures, often animals, all symbols of freedom, power and passion. This results in electric works, with pop colors and a faceted style that will travel the world. Very quickly, exhibiting his works at often spectacular dimensions, in unusual outdoor venues becomes his hallmark. Driven by the desire to democratize art and make it accessible to as many people as possible, Richard Orlinski explores all means of expression and his art knows no borders. In 2021, he was named Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters by Culture Minister Roselyne Bachelot-Narquin. With several million followers on social networks, Richard Orlinski brings together a community of amateurs and enthusiasts who are very engaged. An undeniable source of inspiration for the artist who dedicates 100% of himself to each of his projects. “I deeply believe in the power of art; often people don’t dare push open the door of a gallery or a museum, so I make sure the museum comes to them!” “decorative object, luxury item, tableware, collector, interior decoration, statuette, sculpture, no panther, kong, no stik, no koons, no basquiat, no banksy, no swoon, pop art” The photos are part of the description.
