In the foreground is shown a vessel with several figures on board, while in the background there are some sailing boats and the horizon line. The composition is characterized by blue, green and pinkish tones and by a loose, luminous brushstroke, typical of marine painting. The work is signed at the bottom right. Condition: The work shows signs of aging and some conservation issues to note. There are widespread craquelure/cracking of the paint film, some more evident in certain areas, as well as surface scratches and small abrasions. There are also slight losses and alterations of the painting surface. The support appears dated. The frame shows normal signs of wear and aging. The work is sold in the condition visible in the photographs. It is advisable to examine the photographs carefully, which are an integral part of the conservation description.
