Contemporary inkjet print, Ultrachrome inks on Hahnemühle baryta paper, Picto laboratory. Dimensions: 35.4 x 26.8 in Raymond Cauchetier was particularly pleased with these photographs, which dynamically capture the famous running scene on the footbridge, one of the most iconic moments in *Jules et Jim*. On the occasion of the release of his first book in 2007, titled *PHOTOS DE CINÉMA: Autour de la Nouvelle Vague 1958-1968*, Raymond Cauchetier created his own contact sheet to recount the race across the Charenton bridge. To do this, he combined three different contact sheets where his shots appeared. In order to guide the reader and make the story easier to follow, he deliberately altered the negative numbers on this reconstructed sheet. It should therefore be noted that the sole purpose of this virtual renumbering was to ensure a seamless narrative fluidly.
