This refined satin damask upholstery fabric evokes the timeless elegance of French bourgeois drawing rooms, thanks to a striped design that alternates pale pink and ivory bands with repeated floral motifs. The small, detailed bouquets of red roses, framed by green leaves, emerge delicately on a geometric background, creating an ornate yet balanced effect. The wavy-pattern stripes and the fine powder-blue micro decorations add a fascinating visual dimension without overloading the design. Crafted with a robust yet refined weave, this damask blends aesthetics and functionality. The tight, durable weave is perfect for daily use, while its slightly satin finish reflects light with elegance, enhancing every detail of the pattern. It is a fabric that promises durability and beauty over time, even with frequent use. Perfect for upholstering chairs, armchairs, bed headers, or decorative cushions in spaces that require a touch of retro grace. Also ideal for lightweight curtains in romantic settings or for finishing reading corners and bedrooms with a country chic or Provencal style. It can be paired with ribbons in antique gold or sage green for an even more sophisticated effect. It is said that a fabric very similar to this was used in the early 1900s to decorate the rooms of a famous French novelist’s countryside house. She would sit in an armchair upholstered with this motif while she wrote long letters to her readers, claiming that the harmony of colors and flowers inspired her calm and concentration. Even today, that chair exists and preserves its original upholstery, a tangible sign of the quality and charm that only certain fabrics manage to convey over time. This damask is not just decoration, but a silent story of an elegant and welcoming lifestyle. Measurements: 3.00 x 2.80 meters WARNING! (Color may vary depending on the light and devices on which the photos are viewed) Care and Maintenance: To maintain the beauty and quality of your premium fabric over time, follow these simple care instructions: Washing: It is recommended to hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Use a mild detergent free of harsh bleaches to preserve vibrant colors. Drying: Avoid the dryer to prevent damaging the fibers. Hang the fabric to air dry, avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, which could fade colors. Ironing: Iron at a low temperature, preferably with a cotton cloth over it to avoid direct contact with the iron and keep the fabric surface impeccable. Professional cleaning: If used for furniture coverings or large surfaces, professional dry cleaning is recommended for safer, longer-lasting maintenance. By following these simple guidelines, your fabric will maintain its splendor and integrity over time, continuing to enhance your spaces with class and refinement Suggested
