GENERAL: Presented in 1999, the Porsche 911 GT3 (996.1 generation) was homologated to allow Porsche to compete in GT3 racing. This first series is notable for incorporating the legendary Mezger 3.6-liter liquid-cooled flat-six engine (code G-M96/76), designed by renowned engineer Hans Mezger and based directly on the block of the Le Mans-winning 911 GT1 prototype. This unit, registered in 1999, corresponds to the coveted Clubsport version of the first series. It has only 58,743 km on the odometer and retains its track/road-focused setup. The wheels are removable multi-spoke rims with red brake calipers. Front tires 225/40ZR18 and rear 285/30ZR18 (Hankook Ventus S1 evo³). MECHANICS: Equipped with the naturally aspirated 6-cylinder 3,600 cc boxer engine (type G-M96/76 “Mezger”), delivering 360 hp (265 kW) at 7,200 rpm and a maximum torque of 370 Nm, reaching a redline of 7,800 rpm. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and has a top speed of 302 km/h. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox. It comes with a maintenance book, although not all service entries have been stamped at an official Porsche dealer or workshop. Currently it has all services and maintenance up to date, including the ITV. All four tires are in good condition, brake pads are also in good condition, and the battery is new. INTERIOR: The black interior includes the Clubsport package with Recaro bucket racing seats with red harnesses, as well as a roll cage installed at the rear. There is a fire extinguisher mounted in the passenger footwell area, a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, an inscribed “GT3” badge on the handbrake lever, and door panels upholstered in black leather. DOCUMENTATION: It has a Spanish technical sheet and Spanish registration paper, both original. PICKUP: The vehicle is located in and can be collected from Rellinars, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Transport/shipping costs, ownership transfer, export procedures and Certificate of Conformity (COC) are not included in the bid unless stated otherwise.
