Polychrome Jasper Obelisk Set – Two monumental...

This exceptional Polychrome Jasper set consists of two imposing, high-gloss polished obelisks that fascinate with their completely different patterns and yet harmoniously coordinated natural colors. Cool blue-green, cream and gray meet vivid ocher, rust and gold tones—a combination that recalls the sea, desert, and rugged landscapes. Two obelisks – two completely different natural paintings The larger obelisk shows a comparatively calm, elegant underlying design. Broad cream to gray-beige surfaces are traversed by warm gold, ocher and rust veins. Especially in the upper area, a striking, almost stratified layering emerges, reminiscent of sunlit rock formations or desert canyons. The second obelisk forms a spectacular contrast to it. Its blue-green to smoky turquoise base color is pierced by cream-colored zones, dark inclusions, and intensely rust-brown structures. The irregular patterns almost look like islands, coastlines and rock formations on an ancient map. Polychrome Jasper – a stone full of colors and structures The name “polychrome” roughly means multi-colored—and this property is particularly impressively visible in this set. The different mineral components create natural color surfaces, lines and transitions that continue across both pieces on all sides. Through the precise cut to tall obelisks, clear geometric lines arise, while the natural patterning remains completely irregular. This contrast between strict form and wild natural texture gives the pieces their special charm. High-gloss polish with fascinating depth The carefully polished surfaces bring the colors out particularly intensely. Depending on the angle of light, individual areas appear lighter, more transparent or stronger, while the rust- and gold-colored veins form a striking contrast. Since the pattern runs around the entire obelisks, it is worth viewing both pieces from all sides. Each turn reveals a new view and brings out additional natural patterns. An exceptional statement set for collection and interior design Due to their substantial size and towering obelisk shape, these pieces possess enormous decorative presence. When displayed together, they look like two stone sculptures and are excellent as the central display piece of a mineral collection, for a large display cabinet, a sideboard, or an exclusive interior. Particularly appealing is that the two obelisks do not need to look identical to work as a set: Their different color worlds complement each other and together tell a story of water, earth, rock and mineral deposits. An impressive Polychrome Jasper obelisk set with extraordinary landscape drawing – two unmistakable natural originals that combine powerful geometry with millions of years of beauty.
