The PSA population of this variant is worldwide only 4 copies. - What sets this card apart The Champions Festival card was handed out at the Pokémon World Championship 2018 in several editions to participants, staff, Top 32, Top 16, Top 8, finalists, and champions. Each round had its own stamp. The Champion variant is by far the rarest, especially because champions almost never part with their card.
