I confirm the identification: Squirtle 63/102, Italian Base Set, 1st Edition, non-holo common card illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita. Squirtle 63/102 – Base Set – 1st Edition – Italian – Near Mint Original Pokémon Squirtle card 63/102, from the iconic Base Set and belonging to the Italian first edition published by Wizards of the Coast. Non-holo common Water-type card, characterized by the historic illustration by Mitsuhiro Arita. A particularly representative specimen of the origins of the Pokémon Trading Card Game and highly valued by collectors of early editions. Condition: Near Mint. The card features a very clean front, vivid colors, and a generally well-preserved surface. On the back there are only small signs of wear and a few very light white specks along the edges and corners, more noticeable in the lower area. Centering is not perfect and represents the main defect of the specimen. No creases, dents, or major structural damages are observed. Card not submitted to professional grading: the Near Mint assessment is indicative and based solely on the observable conditions. The photographs are an integral part of the description and accurately show the card’s actual state. The card will be shipped protected with a sleeve and rigid support, inside careful packaging.
