Ca. Ø56mm, ca. 133g, 18K gold, case number 229248, movement 119710, engine-turned, a particularly heavy and large Patek Philippe Anker chronometer with a large gold-screw balance wheel and moustache lever, a rare movement variant featuring a long regulator hand and a large, single-piece barrel bridge spanning both winding wheels; an original enamel dial in impeccable condition and original gold hands; in very good working order; a very fine Patek Philippe collector’s watch.
