VM530EN/H Dual Moving Magnet-element with Headshell High-end elliptical stylus, pre-mounted on a lightweight aluminum headshell (AT-HS10). The naked elliptical stylus helps reduce the effective moving mass of the vibration system while delivering an extended frequency response. Instead of using a single large magnet, the two magnets are arranged in a 'V' shape. The positions of the two magnets are precisely matched to the positions of the left and right channels in the stereophonic groove walls. Consequently, the VM design provides excellent channel separation, an extended frequency range, and sublime tracking. Para-toroidal generating systemPara-toroidal coils improve generating efficiency and offer sublime linearity, since magnetic flux leakage in this continuous two-magnet circuit is low. Moreover, the cores’ permeability is optimized thanks to the use of laminated cores. Separation plate in the middle reduces crosstalk A permalloy separation plate in the middle provides effective channel separation and suppresses electrical crosstalk to below 40 dB. This is comparable to the actual crosstalk value within the grooves of the gramophone record itself.
