Self-taught and instinctive, Pioch has developed a distinctive style that blends free figuration with elements of street art and brings in influences of brut art and outsider art. One could say that all of his works are a true open book about his life. He prefers to represent human emotion in his paintings rather than speak out or take political stances in his creations. He is an authentic artist who tells his story and ends up telling others' life in parallel. Hyper-sensitive, he opens up through his canvases without restraint, thus revealing his personality, without trying to seduce; he will never leave you indifferent.
