Pierre Forest (1881–1971) - Bouquet de mimosa

Pierre Forest (1881–1971) – Bouquet of Mimosas – Oil on panel Beautiful floral still life by the French painter Pierre Forest (1881–1971), depicting a generous bouquet of yellow mimosas arranged in a rustic wooden window box. The composition stands out for the contrast between the bright yellow flowers, the greenish-blue foliage, and the deep blue background. The mimosa, particularly associated with the Côte d'Azur and the south of France, gives the work a very decorative Mediterranean character.
