Made in U.S.A. 1940. Double-sided porcelain (DSP). Die-cut. The iconic highway-shield shape was introduced in 1930 to mirror U.S. route markers. The design was used until 1959. Marked, "JUL - 1940 VERIBRITE SIGNS - CHICAGO" lower edge Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #501937). All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions.
