Extraflaches Handaufzug-Werk Kal. 215 mit Gyromax-Unruh, Genfer Streifen und Genfer Punze, sehr gute Gangwerte (+2s/Tag, 268° Amplitude). Weißes Zifferblatt mit Porzellan-Effekt, schwarze Breguet-Ziffern, Eisenbahn-Minuterie und kleiner Sekunde, geschwärzte Breguet-Zeiger. Originales schwarzes Patek Philippe Lederband mit verschraubter Stiftschließe in Gelbgold 18K. Sehr guter Zustand mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren an Band und Gehäuse, Gehäusepunzen sehr gut erhalten.
