This iconic vintage Patek Philippe "Top Hat" Reference 1450 features a solid 18K gold rectangular case distinguished by its signature heavy, stepped hooded end-lugs that resemble the brim of a top hat. Framing a warm cream-coloured dial, the layout presents applied gold hour markers, baton hands, and a small seconds sub-dial at 6 o'clock. Powered by the legendary in-house manual-wind Patek Philippe's rectangular movement (SN839306), this piece represents one of the manufacturer's most architectural and celebrated mid-century Art Deco-inspired dress watch designs.
