All auctions / Contemporary Art / Parfen.D XXL - Turquoise Poppies
A deep turquoise spreads across the entire surface, lighter and more sparkling toward the top, denser and more saturated as it descends. Against this background, a bloom of red and garnet poppies lights up, carried by slender stems that rise lightly. A rain of white and pale green points crosses the whole canvas, giving the impression of moving air and light filtering through. The contrast between warm red and cool blue creates an immediate, cheerful vibration that catches the eye from afar. The vertical format naturally accompanies the growth of the flowers. A luminous and vital work, uniting the freshness of water with the energy of flowering. Signed and dated 2026 at the bottom right Image size: 150 x 55 cm Total canvas size: 160 x 65 cm The work is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube. The certificate of authenticity is issued exclusively on request, in digital format. Parfen D. is a contemporary artist who transforms painting into a poetic gesture, capable of revealing the intimate connection between human beings and nature. His work stands out for its ability to silently evoke universal emotions through a refined and minimalist visual poetry. He does not seek to represent nature realistically, but to suggest its essence: fragility, lightness, and a deep connection with our inner world. Each brushstroke is a meditative act, an invitation to slow down, to immerse oneself in a universe of vibrant silence. The colors, which often dominate his works, are not merely tones but true protagonists, charged with memory and meaning. His canvases do not impose a narrative, but offer spaces for contemplation where everyone can find their own story."
