Decorative Panel "The Imperial Brave" – Equestrian-Artistic-Royal Fabric size 130 x 75 cm Panel in decorative fabric of exclusive Deco Italian Design conception, part of Royal Fauna, our collection dedicated to the animal world: a bold and refined tribute to nature's most iconic creatures, reinterpreted with a scenographic, cultivated and memorable gaze. The absolute protagonist is a white and black spotted charger, a parade, battle, and legend animal. Portrayed in a frontal pose with the hieratic composure of the great equestrian portraits of court painting. It is not an ordinary horse: it is an animal that has traversed history at the side of the powerful, that has known the weight of armor and the clamor of imperial ceremonies, and here it offers itself to the gaze with the silent dignity of one who knows exactly its rank. The harness is a spectacle within the subject: a burgundy velvet and dark green saddlecloth embroidered with golden floral motifs, a leather saddle, reins braided with red and gold tassels that hang with ritual precision along the neck and flanks. The mane is wrapped in red and white stripes like a ceremonial parade drape. At the feet, small wildflowers on saffron-colored ground. In the background, beyond the golden plains, distant mountains and faintly hinted white architectures beneath a sky of light clouds, the distance of a realm that extends beyond the horizon. The dark terracotta and green geometric-floral border frames the scene with the precision of a gilt illumination, recalling the great tradition of imperial manuscripts of the East and West. The result is a panel of extraordinary compositional nobility: an equestrian portrait that belongs to the collective memory of all the great civilizations, from Byzantium to Vienna, from Isfahan to Versailles, where the horse was never just an animal but always and primarily a symbol of power, grace and chivalric virtue.
