Year of publication: 2001 Reference: mention in the Panamarenko book with illustrations: "Drawing and Calculation" The 'Paradox' rises by blowing air into a parachute with a propeller, a bit like the captain of a sailing ship would want to propel himself forward by blowing hard into the sails.
