Paleolithic chopping tool made from quartzite. Originating from the area around Ouarzazate in the southern part of Morocco where many finds from the early Acheulean are known. These early chopping tools were made by a form of Homo Erectus. Dimensions: 105 x 105 mm Very beautiful patina and signs of use. In perfect condition, no restorations. Each sold item/lot will be provided with a certificate of authenticity Provenance/herkomst: The seller can show that the lot was legally obtained. The lot comes from a Belgian collection.
