Order of Fault - The Aftertaste of Everything

The Aftertaste of Everything, 2026 | 100x80cm on 400gsm cotton canvas Two figures linger beneath the weight of abundance, surrounded by pleasures that have lost their meaning. Baroque splendour dissolves into digital distortion, while the feast continues. Nothing is missing. Something has already been lost. About the Series: The Feast "The Feast" explores a world in which abundance has outlived desire. Between Baroque splendour and Oblomovian inertia, pleasure gives way to indifference, and luxury becomes a form of exhaustion. An endless feast for those who have lost their appetite. About the Artist: Order of Fault Order of Fault is an anonymous artistic position within The Last Salon. Drawing on art history, mythology, literature and philosophy, its works question the structures through which culture creates meaning and authority. AI-generated works reassemble the visual language of the past into scenes of contemporary unease, while original paintings descend into darker territories of myth, desire, guilt and human uncertainty. Beauty remains. Certainty does not.
