Olympic and Paralympic Games / Paris 2024 Official Paralympic Torch for the Paris 2024 Games Designer: Mathieu Lehanneur, manufactured in France by ArcelorMittal. Its sleek, symmetrical design reflects the Games’ core values: equality, water, and unity. Identical to the Olympic torch except for the logo, it symbolizes inclusion and universality. Made of 100% recycled steel in a champagne gold hue. Height: 70 cm - Weight: 1.5 kg. Produced in a limited run of just 500 pieces for the Paralympic Games, it embodies a commitment to exclusivity and sustainability, marking a departure from the mass-production of previous editions. The Paralympic flame, lit simultaneously at several locations in France and its overseas territories, followed a unique route before arriving in Paris. Carried by torchbearers celebrating diversity and resilience, it serves as a reminder of the strength of the Paralympic movement. (Dents, indentations, minor scratches)
