All auctions / Watches & Clocks / Norton - Sirio - Automatico Miyota 8215 - Oro Rosa...
orton: over thirty years of Italian watchmaking, where artisanal tradition meets the precision of Japanese and Swiss movements. In this auction we offer: Norton - Sirio - Automatic Miyota 8215 - Rose Gold - Guilloché Sunray Dial - Exhibition Caseback - 40 mm - 10 ATM 40 mm stainless steel automatic watch with rose gold IP finish, brushed and polished, green dial with guilloché work and sunray finish, visible Japanese automatic movement through the exhibition caseback, anti-reflective mineral glass, 10 ATM/100 m water resistance, integrated rubber strap. New with box, papers and official 2-year warranty. Sirio takes its name from the brightest star in the sky, and like that star it lives by light. The dial is built around a guilloché pattern of parallel lines under a sunray finish: light passes through it and shifts tone with every wrist movement, from light to dark, never flat. The applied indices and hands have luminescent treatment, and the printed minute track completes the dial with instrument-grade precision. The case is 40 mm stainless steel with rose gold IP finish, brushed and polished, with drilled lugs that allow easy strap changes. The screw-down caseback features a mineral glass window through which the Japanese automatic movement can be observed at work, with the rotor winding with every gesture. The rose gold and green pairing is the most sought-after in the range: the warm tone of the case frames a green dial that fades to black toward the edges, for an elegant and not-ordinary effect.
