This is the steel version, with the case left in its natural color and a finish that alternates polished and brushed surfaces for a clearer and more classic look compared to the plated versions. The dial is tone-on-tone grey with sunray finish: light passes through it and changes its depth with every wrist movement, from light grey to anthracite. It is the most sober and versatile variant of the range, the one that pairs with everything. The applied indices are all luminescent, as are the hands, for immediate readability even underwater and in the dark. The bezel insert is steel, not aluminum: it resists scratches, won’t fade, and ages with the case rather than before the case. The dual polished and blasted finish makes it readable in any lighting condition. Through the exhibition caseback you can observe the Japanese automatic movement in action, with the Norton-custom rotor winding with every wrist gesture.
