It’s a diver built to be used, not just looked at: the bezel turns with a crisp 120-click detent, the crown screws down, the 200 meters is not a statement but a measure. In the Gunmetal version the case, bezel, bracelet and dial share the same smoky gray finish, in a tone-on-tone read that stands out for its coherence rather than contrast; the fully brushed surface absorbs light, while the sunray dial collects it and returns it with the motion of the wrist. The bezel insert is steel, not aluminum: it resists scratches, doesn’t fade, and ages with the case rather than before it. The double polished and brushed finish makes it readable in all lighting conditions. From the exhibition caseback you can observe the automatic movement at work, with the Norton-custom rotor recharging with every wrist movement.
