An oil on canvas by landscape painter and historic preservationist Nora H. Fennell who played a vital role in the early preservation of Mission Dolores in San Francisco. This artwork, circa 1880-1890, features the historic chapel and adjoining buildings under a hazy sky with a flock of birds in flight.
