All auctions / Jewelry & Gems / No reserve price - Siru Koru - Necklace with pendant Silver - Matti
Special Finnish modernist pendant from Matti J. Hyvärinen, crafted in 925 silver. The pendant features a clean geometric design with a beautiful contrast between the high-gloss polished top side and the matte bottom side with an embossed texture. This gives the design great depth, despite the relatively sober form. On the back, the pendant is stamped with MJH, for Matti J. Hyvärinen, followed by 925. In addition, the initials JN appear; I could not determine exactly what they stand for. The pendant appears to have originally been part of a fixed necklace. That necklace is no longer present. The pendant is now offered on another silver chain of approx. 50 cm length and 1.2 mm wide. Details: Maker: Matti J. Hyvärinen / Sirokoru Origin: Finland Material: 925 silver Pendant dimensions: approx. 3.1 cm wide x 3 cm long Chain length: approx. 50 cm Chain width: approx. 1.2 mm The pendant is in good vintage condition, with normal signs of wear appropriate to age and use. - The photos are an integral part of the description. Please view them carefully for a good impression of the condition and any signs of wear. - The jewelry will be carefully packaged and shipped with Track & Trace. - Any import duties, VAT and other customs or additional costs are not included in the sale price and are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
