Splendid and iconic Nicholas Kirkwood loafers, model "Casati", characterized by the unparalleled low geometric heel with gold-tone inlays and embedded pearls. Strap with silver inlay. Material: Fine smooth and matte calfskin leather, inner lining entirely in leather. Color: black with metallic gold/silver details and pearls. EU size 40 In overall excellent condition, the leather shows some imperceptible surface marks. The pearls embedded in the heel are all present and intact. Sole with normal and minimal signs of wear. Worn only a couple of times. (all details are visible in the photos). The loafers will be shipped inside a shoe box that is not Kirkwood-brand but from another brand and will be used mainly for shipping to safeguard their integrity.
