The rare and magnificent Art Nouveau HENRI VEVER pendant necklace in yellow gold 18K, featuring a medallion in yellow gold 18K depicting Diana the Huntress, opening on the back into a compartment, the lid engraved with the initials "MR", in a scroll and fern surround decorated with orange and green enamel, holding an oval-cut green beryl as a tassel. The pendant is suspended from an 18K spiral link chain. The medal is signed L. Bottée for Louis-Alexandre Bottée and VEVER. Eagle head hallmark. Pendant dimensions: 6.5 x 4.2 cm. Chain length: 64 cm. Slightly missing enamel. Case signed VEVER 19 rue de la Paix Paris and monogrammed M.R.
