Moorcroft Pottery by Gill Johnson Four-Sided Vase, Papunya Aboriginal Snake

The vessel features a four-sided flared form with a constricted waist and circular black-glazed rim. The surface is hand-decorated with tube-lined stylized serpents on an ochre ground, bordered by intricate raised dot-painting in black, white, and terracotta tones.
