Montegrappa - Pen Of Peace - SAMPLE (P/1958) (ISDPIRIC) - Ballpoint pen

Montegrappa – Pen of Peace – Ballpoint Pen (Project Sample – Unnumbered) A tribute to unity, craftsmanship, and cultural harmony, the Montegrappa Pen of Peace ballpoint is more than a writing instrument—it is a statement of shared ideals and timeless design. This pen is a project sample, created during the development phase of Montegrappa’s official Pen of Peace collection, which was released as a limited edition of 1,958 numbered pieces. That number honors the United Nations International Geophysical Year of 1958—a moment in history when 67 nations came together in peaceful scientific collaboration during the Cold War. As a pre-release prototype, this sample is unnumbered, making it an exceptionally rare and valuable collector’s item. Crafted in polished black resin with precious metal-plated trim, this pen radiates understated elegance. The barrel is engraved with the word "Peace" in fifteen different languages, celebrating the power of communication and unity. The intricate multilingual design was created by master calligrapher Jake Weidmann, adding layers of cultural meaning to its refined silhouette. A rotating barrel mechanism allows users to align their preferred language with the clip—making the pen not only beautiful but also personally meaningful. Topped with a sky-blue peace symbol encircled by children holding hands, the cap adds a final, poignant touch of universality and innocence to the design. The ballpoint mechanism offers smooth, effortless writing and is ideal for everyday use. It is presented in the original Montegrappa Peace presentation box, and comes with a 24-month LAB22 guarantee. Same-day express shipping ensures secure and prompt delivery. Please note: for listings without a reserve price, combined shipping is not available. With its origin as a pre-production sample and absence of a serial number, this Pen of Peace ballpoint is a rare piece of Montegrappa’s legacy—crafted for those who value symbolism, rarity, and masterful Italian design.
