We present at auction a rare and exclusive vintage-flavored desk accessory: an elegant Montblanc pocket clipboard holder in fine black leather. This refined daily companion is truly a collectible piece, created as a special corporate edition for Bridgestone for a 1997 event in Rome. The exterior of the item is deftly crafted in soft black leather, embellished on the lower front with the famous Montblanc white star emblem set in a stylish golden metal ring. At the top, on both the front and back, stands the clear dry-stamped logo of "BRIDGESTONE." The rear is further enriched by commemorative inscriptions "ER30" and "Roma - 1997," testifying to its history, accompanied by the classic vintage Montblanc logo with the stylized mountain silhouette and the inscription "THE ART OF WRITING." The interior architecture, featuring a convenient vertical-open book-style layout, reveals an essential and classy organization. The upper part offers a roomy pocket in smooth leather, perfect for storing cards or small notes, whose lower edge bears discreetly dry-stamped the inscription "MONTBLANC HAMBURG." The lower part is designed to accommodate a notepad, which rests on a refined leather base decorated with the outline of a large Montblanc star impressed in relief. The condition of this fascinating piece, dating back almost thirty years, is to be considered in excellent overall condition. The leather looks splendid and well-preserved in every part, showing only microscopic and time- and handling-related superficial marks, details that enhance its vintage charm without compromising its beauty or structural integrity. The lot is offered with its small original Montblanc information booklet, ready to enhance your collection or to add a touch of exclusivity to your working days."
