Elegant cross in solid sterling silver 925, with tapered and clean lines, set in its center with a natural moldavite in a deep olive green shade, with the characteristic organic texture. The matching chain (50cm), also in sterling silver 925, is included with a lobster clasp. Moldavite is a natural tektite, born about 15 million years ago during a meteorite impact in present-day Bavaria. The shock wave propelled molten material which, upon falling back, solidified into a green natural glass, found mainly along the Vltava (Moldau) river in Bohemia, hence its name. A quintessential transformation stone, moldavite is reputed in lithotherapy to promote spiritual awakening, accelerate inner change, and strengthen the connection between heart and mind. When paired with a cross, it amplifies its symbolic meaning of passage and elevation. Sterling silver 925 stamped. Natural stone, each piece is unique.
