Mida's - Paper knife - Giaguaro - Laminated Silver and Black Bakelite

Letter opener - Mida Argenti - Jaguar in laminated silver and black Bakelite Size: 32 x 3 x 5 cm Weight: 183 g Macerata Italy 1980s This refined vintage letter opener signed Mida Argenti is a collector’s desk piece characterized by a sculptural and elegant design with a strong decorative impact: • The handle: It is shaped like a snarling jaguar (or panther) head with open jaws. It is made in laminated silver with a finely repoussé mark, with sculptural details that capture the animal’s power and dynamism. • The blade: It features a slender silhouette and is made of glossy black Bakelite, creating a pleasing contrast of lines in an Art Deco style, which provides a strong chromatic contrast with the shiny metal of the handle. At the beginning of the blade you can see the small oval mark of Mida and the silver hallmark. In good overall condition, no parts missing. Tracked shipping via courier
