Rare and complete vintage Disney figure set “La parade Walt Disney”, manufactured in France by Delacoste around 1950. The set consists of seven cast and painted rubber figures: Mickey Mouse Donald Duck Pluto Bambi Nif-Nif Naf-Naf Nouf-Nouf All figures stand on their original integrated base and are offered with the original green presentation case and the original formed cardboard insert. The insert names the individual characters. The packaging bears the distinctive Delacoste logo with the letter “D” and the inscription “Avec l’autorisation de Walt Disney”. Delacoste was an important French manufacturer of rubber toys and produced officially licensed Disney characters from the 1930s onward. Particularly attractive is that the complete composition has been preserved. Many Delacoste figures are nowadays found separately, whereas in this specimen both the seven figures and the original box and insert are present. The set is in good, authentic vintage condition. The figures show locally normal signs of aging, including light soiling, superficial wear, discoloration and localized paint loss. The original cardboard box and insert show edge and corner wear, discoloration, spots and slight warping consistent with their age. The visible signs of use have not been concealed or repaired. Please examine the detail photos carefully; they form an important part of the description. Due to its age, this set is sold as a collectible and not as contemporary children's toy. The individual figures are carefully protected and sent together with the original packaging in a sturdy outer box.
