MEXICO. Uncut Sheet of (8). Empire of Iturbide. 1 Peso, 1.1.1823. P-1c1. M10f. PMG About Uncirculated 50. Sheet of eight of the first issue of Mexico. Quite unusually, this sheet does not appear to be cancelled. Now over two centuries old and a fascinating item from the earliest days of Mexico as an independent nation. The sheet is entirely intact, with some small splits from storage, which are to be expected for its age. Rare. PMG Comments "Splits, Stains." Estimate: $1,200 - $2,000. Provenance: From the William J. Pardee Collection.

Estimate:$600
