A beautiful and rare set of six vintage mid-century modern design dining chairs from the 1970s. These iconic chairs feature a beautifully minimalist and organically shaped tubular frame of gleaming chrome steel. The floating sled base (cantilever) subtly gives, providing fantastic seating comfort. The seat shell is made of thick, high-quality saddle leather in a warm cognac color. This model has a strong dual attribution in the design world: in the Benelux it is frequently documented as a Dutch Design classic from the firm Metaform, while internationally it is widely credited to the Italian designer Willy Rizzo for Cidue.
