McGregor Switch Rod, 11’6”, #6/7 weight, fast action. New, unused. 11'6''#6/7 Switch 4pcs Fast Action. A very versatile rod, it's light enough to be used DH or SH, unlike many other 'switch' rods! It handles all kinds of DH casting, from Skagit to classic Spey. It's particularly useful as the middle rod in a three-rod boat. Built on a Japanese Toray blank, it features US PacBay fittings, including titanium-coated guides, and Portuguese AAA cork handle. It comes in a quick-dry 100% cotton bag and Cordura tube with window for identification. The mission of McGregor Fly Fishing is to offer the best quality equipment at affordable prices, their rods and reels are manufactured to a very high standard. Generously donated by Gregor McGregor.
