Maurice de Laborderie / Jacques Mercier - Réflexes - 1934

Scarce and limited work. This was not a commercial edition - and the limitation states explicitly that all copies were made for friends of de Laborderie and Mercier, and that none were intended for sale. Signed by both the poet and the illustrator, is is number 12 of a total limitation of 60 copies; 50 on Velin and 10 on other paper. This is one of the copies on Velin. Dedication is to MonsieurJean Mercier. Presumably a relative. Probably Jean Adrien Mercier - important local artist and poster designer. Grey soft covers with a pale blue embossed design to the front. Slight cracking to the spine at the top and bottom. A touch of intermittent foxing to the pages. Unpaginated. 24 x 19 cm. Conforms to OCLC: 491527864. Only one library (in Angers, France) has a copy.

Estimate:$17.92
