Marval - Lézard (?) Tube radio

This French table radio is very rare, and the model name and exact year of manufacture are uncertain. It has been fully restored and is ready for daily listening pleasure. Plastic case deeply cleaned and polished. It shows some cracks (glued and reinforced on the inside) and light signs of age and use: see photos. Due to irreparable defects in the original electronics, the unit was converted into a 3.5-watt tube amplifier, powered by either: - A solid-state tuner with very good reception on FM via a whip antenna (87.5–108 MHz) and moderate to poor reception on medium wave (strongly dependent on the local situation). Therefore, the medium wave is offered as non-working. - A Bluetooth receiver (not Hi-Fi); - A “Phono” input with banana plugs (470K); - An “AUX” input with a 3.15 mm jack (56K). There is an output with banana plugs for an additional speaker (4–8 Ohm). All resistors, capacitors and semiconductors are new. Scale lighting with LED-E10-6V Tubes: EL84-EBF80-EC(H)81 (tested +90%)-EM34, “magic eye” +90% brightness, wired as a VU meter. B345×H235×D205 – 4.3 KG

Estimate:$252.29
