Beautiful and rare vintage sideboard, model KW85, designed by the Dutch designer Martin Visser for ’t Spectrum from Bergeijk. This model was designed in 1965 and belongs to the characteristic Dutch modernist furniture designs from the 1960s. The sideboard features a clean, minimalist design with a dark, black-finished wooden cabinet, contrasting white fronts, and a slim metal base. The combination of the geometric lines, dark wood, and white panels gives the piece a pronounced Mid-Century Modern look. On the left side there are four spacious drawers. On the right side there are two doors that give access to the storage space. The cabinet thus offers both a generous amount of storage and a very distinctive appearance. The design is typical for Martin Visser: functional, understated, and entirely focused on a clear construction and clean form.
