Central Station 3 plus provides, as a multi-protocol control device, with the modern color touchscreen high resolution, 2 engine controllers and integrated central decoding control panel, the possibility for easy and comfortable control of the locomotives and the entire installation. For locomotives up to 32 functions can be switched; for accessory items up to 320 Motorola or 2048 DCC magnet-controlled items are possible. It also features 2 built-in lock card readers (for saving locomotive data on a lock card or for quick calling of the locomotive by inserting the lock card), an SD card reader for memory expansion and an integrated speaker for playing model railway sounds. For powering the installation with drive and switching current, a powerful booster is integrated. Central Station 3 plus is suitable for multiple devices, meaning that with the optional cable (60123) multiple Central Stations 3 plus (60216), with a suitable network connection, can be used together in one installation. Additional control panels, more layouts and keyboards expand the installation further, with joint and separate configurations for the controlled installation parts in Central Station 3 plus. Central Station 3 plus has an integrated s88 connection, 2 built-in USB hosts (for example for mouse, keyboard, USB stick), a USB charging bus, a network connection for communication with a PC, connections for 2 Mobile Stations, a connection for external speakers and other connections for the Märklin bus system.
