Stamped with the highly regarded Marigaux brand name, this piece represents the golden era of mid-century French woodwind craftsmanship. * Key Technical Details & Provenance: Maker: SML (Strasser-Marigaux-Lemaire), Paris, France. * Model/Brand: Marigaux. * Serial Number: 1967 - Confirms production in early 1951, shortly after SML acquired the historic Louis Lot workshop. * Material/Finish: High-quality nickel plating over nickel-silver (maillechort). * Key Mechanisms: Closed holes (plateau style), beautiful vintage pointed key arms, original inline configuration, and distinct black composite lip-plate/embouchure guide. * Case: Includes the original vintage hard case lined with original red plush silk velvet, bearing the golden "J.
