Mara. J XXL - Ametrine Dusk

In the vertical, slender format, a pale, bright gold occupies the upper part of the canvas, dense with leaves that seem to hold back the light. Descending, the color warms to peach, salmon, and rust, with foliage increasingly defined and close. Toward the bottom violet leaves emerge that merge into a brown base, deep and velvety. Thin green stems rise from the bottom, guiding the gaze upward. The surface is tactile, built up through layers of vegetal imprints and glazes. From it arises a warm and harmonious image, gently accompanying the transition from light to evening. Signed and dated 2026 at the bottom right Image dimensions: 150 x 55 cm Total canvas size: 160 x 65 cm The work is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube. The certificate of authenticity is issued exclusively on request, in digital format. Mara J. explores the beauty and intensity of nature and the human body, creating works that tell emotions and states of mind through light and form. Her landscapes evoke fluid and suspended atmospheres, where color and brightness shape space, while human figures, delicate and introspective, become a means of emotional expression. Each painting is an invitation to immerse oneself in a world of subtle sensations, where nature and the human being intertwine in a deep dialogue.
