A cascade of leaves descends from above into a vivid green, almost acidic, that warms with bright yellows as if touched by full sun. As the gaze lowers, the foliage thickens and becomes deeper, until an undergrowth of dark, fresh greens. Thin violet stems cross the surface like light threads, and below a pink and lilac touch lights up the shadow. The vegetal patterns overlap in layered, granular textures, built with patience. From this emerges a vibrant surface, where light seems to move among the leaves: an image full of tranquil energy, of growth and of summer. Signed and dated 2026 in the bottom right Image dimensions: 95 x 65 cm Total canvas size: 105 x 75 cm The work is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube. The certificate of authenticity is issued exclusively upon request, in digital format. Mara J. explores the beauty and intensity of nature and the human body, creating works that tell emotions and states of mind through light and form. Her landscapes evoke fluid and suspended atmospheres, where color and luminosity shape space, while human figures, delicate and introspective, become a means of emotional expression. Each painting is an invitation to immerse oneself in a world of subtle sensations, where nature and the human being intertwine in a deep dialogue.
